We loved our stay at Spin and Margie's. It was very comfortable, quiet, relaxing and quaint. We are already planning on going back, and taking friends with us. I highly recommend staying at Spin and Margie's!

With in a couple hours of arriving we had already decided that we would be back! We spent most of our two days hiking in JTNP, and decided that we'd have to add another day to our next trip so we could chill on the property. Our cabin was detached from the suites and provided us a private, partially shaded...

There were 4 of us, 2 couples, that stayed at Suite 1. It's was a great space - the common area is really great as there's plenty of chairs to sit around and lounge in the desert heat. There's a fun little bocce ball type court too.
The suite itself was nice and big. One bed is out in the...

We concur with the many high praises, and we had a great time. One bonus the photos cannot reveal is how (relatively) cool the patio was. The days we visited, the mercury was in the 90s in Joshua Tree, but we spent our siestas very comfortable at the Hideaway, on the chaise lounges in the shade of the patio.
Funky and fun, rustic and relaxed, but also very clean & efficient... with many of the amenities of home too. Wish we'd had more time to just hang out. The only down side was a lot of road noise from the highway on the first night only... you might want to bring earplugs just in case.
This is a small, laid back property a few miles east of the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The grounds are quiet, except for the hummingbirds, doves, and jackrabbits that frequent the grounds. The decor is artsy, homey southwestern style. You can tell that the owners take pride and joy in the experience guests have, from the Spin's...

We just got back from three nights at this desert hideaway. Although we hiked and explored the park, I could have just hung out at this incredible place and been very happy. The owners are both artists and it shows from the outdoor sculptures to the beautiful, framed photographs (Spin) in each room.
We will be back time and time...

Once again S&M's (should we say that?) did not disappoint. What makes it special? Besides the location and quaint surroundings, Mindy and Drew themselves -- fantastic people with smart heads and warm souls. This time they pointed us in the direction of Noah Purfoy's outdoor installation a few clicks away -- an unexpected treat. The cabins and grounds are always...

Spin and Margie's Desert Hideaway provided the experience that we expected. If you read the reviews and look at the photos on Trip Advisor, they are perfectly accurate. Margie was so helpful in every way, from even the first phone conversation, it was like going to visit a friend. Make sure to leave time to enjoy the property. The sculptures,...

We loved this place!! The two of us ended up in room 1, which is the biggest accommodation. Very large, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bed in alcove area, and a separate bedroom. There were so much attention to detail, from the wall colors, to the CD collection, to the hand-painted tiles. Room 1 also has its own private...
