“A decent option on Sihanoukville's main drag”

This was a basic option right on Serendipity Beach Rd, just a short stroll to the beach. The place appears to be well run. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. Perhaps the cleanest I've seen in a while for an aging building. It's in the heart of backpacker land, so the music gets thumping at night.... More

“Basic backpacker accomodation”

This is a very basic hotel, but we paid $15 for a room so also inexpensive. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful when we arrived early and our room wasn't clean. “Well spent money”

We stayed in Hibiscus garden almost one week. And we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were super clean and very nice. Location was very good aswell. Staff very very friendly and helpful. We really recommend this place!

“Great location with a bad attitude”

Electricity frequently cut out, lumpy pillows, terrible waiting staff, constant issues with our reservation, rude owners. It's a great location but there is a bad attitude here that needs to change. The owners need to start appreciating customers.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the electric cuts which are inherent to Sihanoukville... And it's true you came before we got our genrator as the new owners just took over. Even it should not have been visible to guests, those electric cuts as well as taking over right in high season can be stressful.... More

“Rude owner”

Not a good stay here due to the staff and the I believe tr French owner was rude and not friendly in the least when I asked her to reset the internet. If you provide free wifi wouldn't you want it to work for your customers:) and not worth the value. Very slow restaurant as well.

Honestly, this place was an absolute oasis of calm. Lovely clean rooms - ours was quite basic, no a/c or TV, but beautifully clean and tastefully decorated.
