We didn't realise this hotel is at Victory Beach, about 7/8 kilometers away from the main hub. The owner Robert is great and the rooms are clean, but the TV buzzed and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. It's cheap though. And the Italian restaurant based at the hotel is amazing! Best Italian food I've had in ages.
