Our company recently held a two day to night meeting at Seaside Hotel I was one of the meeting planners and was very happy with the service, room rates, and food. The location is excellent and the hotel has a very nice beach side meeting / meal area. The Hotel & Catering Manager is excellent in response timing and provided... More

I have stayed at the Seaside a couple of times since it opened and it has been consistently comfortable, friendly and convenient. With the development of options, in the area, its main advantage now, is its prime location with access to Occheutal beach. It really couldn't be better placed, for this, the best beach with the best beach food, unless... More

We (family of 5) stayed here early january 2011. Breakfast was OK but not good. The beach, with plenty of small restaurants is just across the (big) road. The rooms were OK. Good enough for a couple of days on the beach.

This hotel looks quite impressive from the outside. Unfortunately the rooms are in desperate need of an interior decorator. The internet room is more like a store room and the internet was painfully slow with outdated virus software. Better to stay away from it and use the internet cafe down the road. The rooms are in desperate need a make-over.... More

We did not like Sihanoukville and would not recommend the town. If you want to stay in Sihanoukville the Seaside Hotel is only average. Breakfast was only local food which was not well presented, and we ended up just with toast. It was low season, and we were told there was a better choice in high season. The rooms were... More

Reading the reviews I seem to have had a different experience at this hotel. I found this hotel to have friendly staff except for the restaurant, and the rooms to be clean and nice. The aircon worked well, although the showers were not hot for long this was a promblem experienced alot in Cambodia, its important to remeber that you... More

Heard I was going to this hotel for a business meeting (I work for a charity that must economize on hotels). I read the reviews online and my heart sank. It's not QUITE as bad as some reviews here, but it's pretty bad. A few ants near the bed, unclean glasses on the table so small insects (not ants) congregated... More

The hotel looked ok from the outside, but be wary! It's a dump on the inside. The restaurant did not look clean, there was no pool and it was NOT on the beach. There was mold in the bathroom and the smell of sewage was over-powering. The room was in poor shape. We should have checked out immediately! However, we... More

After a long travel from the border of thailand, we arrived to the hotel. The cambodian people charged us four times more then in Thailand for illegal taxis. Also for a horrible trip from the border we paid in advance 1500baht. The transporter stopped in the middle of nowhere, they said we have not paid, we must pay one more... More
