We really enjoyed this place. Great location in Laguna Beach nestled a mile up in the canyon. The staff was terrific, pleasant and accomodating. Plus, where else can you find accomodations for up to 6 people (if you need it). Slightly dated, but clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.
The property was beautiful! It looked as if it could have been in Hawaii with the tall hills and foggy tops. The rooms were cute and the staff was amazing! John @ the front desk & Eduardo helped us do a million errands with a smile and kelly the wedding cordinator was on point the whole time! I lived in...

We rented a 2 bedroom unit. We checked in to unmade beds, dirty linens etc. That was corrected, but the sliding screen doors remained off their runners. The fridge leaked, the carpet was dirty, the furnishings aged, the kitchen very understocked with essentials, paint peeling, noisy from the unit next door (thru the walls). The property and location are outstanding....

I had read some of the unfavorable reviews regarding Aliso Creek, so i contacted the manager Kurt. He got back to me immediately, and put my fears at ease. I booked my stay at Aliso - and was not disappointed! yes, it could use some updating when it comes to interior decorating ... However I do not go on vacation...

We stayed here for 5 nights in room 10. The exterior is very dated and worn. The rooms were dated and worn in places and not as clean as we like. While the main surfaces were clean, the cupboards and corners were not and the carpet was dirty in the high traffic areas.
The resort is more like a 80’s...

I hate to tell people about this gem surrounded by mountains and directly across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world . (monarch bay in laguna Beach)
You will get dumps along the beach for this price
Rooms are large casitas from 600 to 1000 sq feet. with kitchens and little terraces. I mean why...

We expected a decent room at this resort, based upon their internet photos. Instead, we were greeted with a worn and shabby studio, the "fully equipped kitchen" cooking items contained a soup kettle and a frying pan, as well as eating service for 3, and a room with nearly bare walls, a bathroom with peeling paint, and two mousetraps located...

We want to appologize for the condition of your room - it sounds like you stayed in one of our studios - obviously the studio you were placed in should not have been available for rent. We are taking the time during what is our slower...

I heard crickets at night not traffic or yelling during my 4-night stay. I found true value in this peaceful green haven down a short country road from PCH. The grounds, golfcourse, pool and interiors are well kept with a cathedral ceiling in my 1BR suite. But if you need new, loud and trendy look elsewhere. This resort is a...

Great hotel - a gem in the canyon! Try the fish tacos on the outdoor patio restaurant. Our kids loved it, saw deer on the golf course. Hotel is 1950's lodge - but clean and the grounds are very well kept.
