We really enjoyed this place. Great location in Laguna Beach nestled a mile up in the canyon. The staff was terrific, pleasant and accomodating. Plus, where else can you find accomodations for up to 6 people (if you need it). Slightly dated, but clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

We rented a 2 bedroom unit. We checked in to unmade beds, dirty linens etc. That was corrected, but the sliding screen doors remained off their runners. The fridge leaked, the carpet was dirty, the furnishings aged, the kitchen very understocked with essentials, paint peeling, noisy from the unit next door (thru the walls). We stayed here for 5 nights in room 10. The exterior is very dated and worn. The rooms were dated and worn in places and not as clean as we like. Great hotel - a gem in the canyon! Try the fish tacos on the outdoor patio restaurant. Our kids loved it, saw deer on the golf course. Hotel is 1950's lodge - but clean and the grounds are very well kept.
