I was dead tired after driving from NM to CA, and just wanted to sleep. I have no idea how I managed to find this motel, but I did. By the way everything the other travelers before me wrote is true. The bulletproof glass, the remote with the room number on it, the hardcore porn channels. Forget about coffee makers,... More

When you arrive you are greeted by someone behind safety glass- that should have been our first clue. You are then handed your tv remote to take to your room and told that you have 10 minutes if you don't want to keep the room after you see it. The room was dirty. My husband found electrical tape in our... More

We showed up late at midnight on a Satuerday night with are kids. It didn't look like one of the Hilton's but it would do for the night. Until you see the jauczzi tub 3 feet from the bed that had what looked to be roaches on the bottom of the tub, turns out the were burn markers. ( no... More

My overall experience with this motel was excellent and the clerk was very patient and good about answering all my questions. The exterior is very plain and the landscaping isn't great, but the room was clean and quiet and I did not experience any of the problems others have mentioned. I was pleased with my stay.

The ABSOLUTE worst ever.. EVER in the history of man. The only thing that would have been worse, would be to have found a dead body in the room. Friend and I check in here for a wedding near by. First glance.. no big issues.. funny they hand you the TV remote on check in (first flag). Get to the... More

1. Room 219 was recently used by a family with children. The children were "playing", and the younger child decided to not open the door for the older child, so the older child kicked in the door along with the privacy latch. Unfortunately repairs had not been completed before this guest's stay. 2. The clerk that came in to replace... More

I am shocked that this hotel is on Expedia's site... I wish we had seen these reviews before we booked a room at this 'hotel'. This was BY FAR the WORST stay I've ever had. First off, the bullet-proof glass generated some red flags but one look at the first room and I wanted to run. It smelled heavily of... More

Unfortunately not all guests are outstanding people who care to follow rules. It is also very unfortunate that we cannot control whether a guest decides to break the rules and smoke in non-smoking rooms. We do take the curtains off for washing but don't always replace them in the rooms they were taken from which is why there may be... More

Our party of three was looking for a simple, inexpensive facility within easy driving distance to the track in Perris. When I booked the room, I specifically asked for a first floor room as one of our party is a disabled senior. At check in, we were directed to a second floor room--after some wrangling, we were assigned a first... More

As is with most motels, rooms vary in condition and some rooms are nicer than others. If you are displeased with a room, our clerks are very accommodating and will give you a new room as long as it's within a reasonable amount of time after checking in and the room is unused or reasonably unused. Should a shower head... More

Beware the green swimming pool, not to mention the horrible customer service. Part of the trip plan included staying at a place with a pool. Upon arrival and the discovery of the dirty, green swimming pool, we made an attempt to cancel, but the manager said she'd charge us full price for the cancellation. She refused to grant a discount... More

Our outdoor swimming pool is cleaned by a professional twice a week during summer and once a week during winter. Standard cancellation charges apply for cancellations made too close to the reservation date. More

We were on a long drive from Las Vegas to San Diego, and just needed a place to stay. No sooner did we walk into the room when we noticed what looked like blood stains on the carpet. We went back down to the lobby asked for our money back, and then found Lake Elsinore Resort & Casino just a... More

I went on Expidia and rented a chain hotel room for my son's soccer tournament. The first room had a hole where the smoke alarm should have been. Second room: the smoke alarm didn't work and heater didn't work so she brought a roll-away heater for us to use. Third room was OK. We spent the night. Then, when I... More
