i was just in irvine for my aunts wedding,This place was perfect for my siblings and i. rooms were affordable and super close to the beach not to mention having a pool to soak in afterwards. There are plenty of other nice places to stay for a little ($20) more money. These rooms have very, very funky, old couches, TVs, accoutrements. TSome of clientele seemed kinda sketchy. The walls and floors are paper thin. So are the towels. I tried changing rooms, but...wasn't any better. Sorry....CANNOT recommend this place.
