We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. They always do their best to accommodate us into an upgraded room, if available. The beds are always comfy and the rooms are always clean....what else can you ask for!

This is the second Westin I've stayed in, and I've come to the unfortunate conclusion that this hotel brand has seen better days. It's a 2-star hotel hiding as a 3.5 or 4-star property. All I know is that after this stay, I'll probably be avoiding Westin hotels in the future.
