We managed to check into this hotel early which was a bonus. Our check in clerk was Jaydn, he was polite and attentive and checked us in speedily. Throughout the rest of our stay, the other staff failed to engage us as we entered and exited the building ...it was extremely quiet with barely anyone else around so I found... More

I booked this hotel for some collegues who travel a lot for work. They made a point of letting me know that they were happy with the hotel. Not much detail to give you, but thought I'd share that it was fine for business needs.

For my first time to long beach. I felt this was a very good hotel. It could use an update! Im returning to long beach this year but not to this same place for a week stay. May try one of their deluxe hotels.

We go to Long Beach for a show every year and have stayed at a number of hotels in the area, recently, across the street as it was considerably less expensive. Not so this year, so I gave this Courtyard a try. Eduardo at the front desk greeted me by name from the moment I checked in, even after he... More

We spent 7 nights at this hotel close to restaurants, attractions, free downtown buses and metro to Los Angeles. The room was spacious, nice and clean, comfy beds with luxurious linen and the best five pillows to choose from. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker; also had complimentary high-speed wifi, fitness center and swimming pool. The hotel has bikes... More

My friend and I stayed here for a near by wedding. The front desk staff were very nice & helpful. I do wish we had a better room location but I'm pretty sure they felt no need to give us better because we stayed with a friends & family pass. They put us on the 2nd floor right next to... More

Room was large, comfortable and clean, as was bathroom. Lots of power points. Lobby staff very helpful - when asked any question, but didn't volunteer information. As well as nearby cafes, sandwich shops, restaurants also a large supermarket. Breakfast in hotel was minimal and expensive, but friendly service. The Starbucks within the hotel turned out to be not much more... More

The hotel staff here is excellent, with one caveat - the restaurant crew could have been more attentive, especially in offering coffee during breakfast time. We were provided with good information regarding local attractions. Walking to the convention center takes about fifteen minutes if strolling, closer to ten minutes if moving quickly. Parking is available in a secured garage which... More

We were visiting family in Long Beach and had some Marriott rewards coming to us. When the Long Beach Residence Inn was booked, we chose this hotel. We stayed 2 nights for Free which is probably the best part of the stay. The hotel itself is nice, the staff was very friendly, our room was less than desirable. There was... More

I picked this hotel because it was close to the Long Beach Convention Center. Spent four nights. The room was fairly large, had a small fridge, and free internet, but no free breakfast. When looking at Google maps it appears to be a very short walk to the Convention Center. It is longer than it looks. The front doors (the... More
