staff is excellant, housekeeping is great and overall appearance of hotel is very nice. Only compliant would be with elevator. Due to security reasons(i think) one had to use one's room key to activate elevators and at times this didnot work or became a hassle, trying to get your room key out before elevator moves. Once it moves your SOL.

We simply loved this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, we upgraded to a deluxe room and it was huge and comfortable. Very nice view and quite environment. They also took us downtown for free so we didn't have to walk nor pay for any taxi. I would definitely go back there!!
