We stayed here mid April during our outing to the 2012 Long Beach Grand Prix. It's close and just a short drive to the Grand Prix area. Nice place. Didn't get there in time to use it, but the pool area looked very cool. Bed was comfortable and floor was quiet. Staff was friendly. The food in the Concierge Lounge was good for breakfast - pretty standard fare for a Marriott. Proximity to the Long Beach Airport was really nice. I'd stay there again.

Many pluses include comfortable beds, convient to airport, courteous staff and large and very nice gym. Minuses - Free breakfast would have made this place top shelf. If not free, then at least cheap. Happy hour specials would've made this more of a business type of rest stop.

Nice clean hotel, very easy check in, with self parking if you prefer. Lounge was open late with food available, but as with most it was a little expensive.
