This hotel is rated 4 star by hotwire. Indeed it is spacious and quiet for a bargain price from hotwire. “Great place to stay before the cruise!”

Just needed a one night stay before our cruise. Included in our price was parking for our car for the week AND shuttle service to and from the cruise pier. Friendly staff, great food in the restaurant, clean and comfortable rooms. Will stay again if we cruise out of Longbeach area.

The hotel itself was in good shape, having been renovated. I certainly can't complain about the rooms - they were very nice and clean. Dining room and room service good, when available. Spa and pool great, and also enjoyed the free shuttle service in the surrounding area. However, the place was not in a good area. Be prepared for this.... More

We choose this hotel before a cruise. I will never use again. Property is old, carpets in halls were dirty, room was run down and not clean. Sink in bathroom clogged and walls are thin. This property is also in an undesirable part of town and I would not really recommended walking. Keys to room didn't work and hotel smelled... More

-The carpets are stained, in the hallways, the elevators, the rooms. -The lobby furniture was taped off so that it couldn't be used. -The room had grime in it, I had to wash my hands after touching the wall. -When I checked in on Foursquare, the first tip was "do not use the hot tub." -The toilet did not flush.... I stay here all the time. The staff greats me by name and very friendly.. The rooms have been upgraded and very nice.. Great location to downtown and beach of Long Beach. With a courtesy shuttle to many places..
