Not only was the staff not helpful,but they were lazy and disinterested in really helping. We are still trying to settle Starwood points and credit card issues. Hope I can avoid this Westin in the future.

Great service, ambiance, room decor, bed, tv, views, and restaraunt. Internet is expensive and sluggish, food is expensive.

Hotel is very conveniently located next to airport and car rental agencies. Great if you have a late flight in or early flight out. The room is large and the beds are absolutly fantastic, great sleep! Shower is also nice with dubble showerhead. Absoluty recommend this place for an airport stay.

Everyone who has to use airport hotels gets to hate the vast majority of them. The Westin in LAX is an airport hotel, however there is a standard of service, cleanliness and general layout which makes you feel good about your night there. The best one I have stayed in at LAX. Recommended

The shuttle service to and from LAX was very good, although quite crowded at peak travel times. Staff was very cheerful in handling luggage.
