The Hotel for the price is Good, Bed was comfortable, As a disabled person access on ground floor was good, room itself fine for people with disabilities. Despite being on the main road once inside room could not hear the traffic outside! Nice and centrally located 5 minute walk to The Grove and Farmers Market. My only moan is with... More

This place is discusting! I read some reviews prior to booking and thought.... "oh, it can't be that bad." Believe me....it is so dirty we stayed in the room for 1h and then left. They refused to let us out of either night so we ended up booking a second hotel at $259 a night and paying for both. It... More

Stayed: Tuesday, April 10, 2012 Room#: 204 Paid: 79.80 per night Sorry no pictures. I’ll start by saying my hubby and I are not super picky; we look for cheap, but clean hotels, with hopefully, a comfy bed and pleasant staff; that’s all we really want for the price we can afford to pay... To start off, the two women... More

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at! First it looked okay when I arrived. By the discription. I thought it was adjacent to Beverly Hills. No not even close. I check in at the front desk. I noticed that the employee were casually dressed. Then I was going towards my room and the property was rundown. I... More

This hotel really gets a 5 star for location - across the street from CBS Television City, 5 minute walk to Farmer's Market, the famous 24 hour Canters restaurant, just minutes to Fairfax, nice restaurants right next door and in every direction including good fast food (subway, etc.) post office and park diagonally across the street, Good cute Coffee House... We stayed at the Beverly Inn Motel for 5 nights and had a great stay - the location is amazing as it's pretty much central within LA. Lots of interesting things are nearby: Farmer's Market, The Grove shopping area, LACMA, and the surrounding Fairfax District with lots of interior design shops and good vintage clothes shops. There's also buses which... More

This is one of the worse motels that I have ever stayed at. I got locked in the bathroom because the handle was broken, there seemed to be bugs in the bed the mattress was very bad, It smelled, and there was a building with NO VIEW except a wall. They say they offer Coffee but the doors are locked... More

Choose this hotel only if youre on a budget and prefer its proximity to locations. For the price dont expect a sparkling luxury room, it's an older place but the rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are functioning with decent water pressure. The hosts are a nice friendly family that do their best to be helpful.... More

The pictures look so perfect that my bf was fooled by pictures. When we entered the hotel, i see the hotel all worn out and dirty. They did a lit touch up here and there, but it doesn't help how the building was tilt and crappy. THEY REALLY NEED TO TEAR THAT DOWN and build everything from start. The room... More

YUCK! Not only is this place one of the most dated motels I've ever been in, the pool is virtually unusable, it's noisy, the internet is VERY slow, and, if you want ice, you have to buy it from a vending machine.
