There are lots of hotel choices in LA and I very often end up choosing this one. I have stayed here at least a dozen times-maybe more. On the advantages side the location for BevHills/Westside/freeways is perfect. Rooms are nice, its a 4 star, not an opulent 5 star. Great views of the city from all rooms. Nice pool and... More

We stayed here during a one-night stopover in LA and found it to be a good choice rather than an airport hotel. It is not far from LAX and convenient to Century City shopping and restaurants, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and West Hollywood. The front desk check-in was quick and efficient; the room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Having... More

Thank you for your feedback in regards to your recent stay. We are fortunate to have a great location adjacent to Beverly Hills, and just under 13 miles to LAX International Airport. We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Los Angeles! More

Stayed here for a legal conference and this was one of the nicest conference facilities I've been to. The staff was top notch at all of our meals and the food was surprisingly good. The bar/pool/restaurant area is very nice but was quite crowded and noisy. Be prepared for being nickle and dimed on everything - parking is $36 per... More

I don't believe I would have ever paid full pop for this hotel. The balcony was nice but wasn't much for privacy from your next door neighbor. The bar down below was very nice and calm. We especially liked the fire pit areas. Although I'm not sure that this has to do with the staff or hotel itself; ladies beware... More

This hotel needs to be updated! The first night we were facing Avenue of the Stars and it was beautiful view of the fountain and building across the street, however we were right about the cabbie line...who were outside talking and smoking ALL NIGHT LONG as well as VERY early in the morning, in addition to being just above the... I stayed at the hotel recently for a conference. The accommodations were nice. The staff was professional, not real friendly, but not rude. I was happy that there was a mall across the street, so the location was excellent. The restaurant was just ok, but the food at the conference events was good. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hyatt brand are always above and beyond what i expect from a hotel chain, the rooms are nicely kitted out, the staff are attentive and helpful even to a hard up british guy like me. I never understand the american tipping system seeing as it hardly ever happens in England and was definitely not tipping where i should have... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in April during my business trip there. The check-in was smooth and easy and so was the stay. Clean rooms, well maintained lobby & great food across all its restaurants. The room service was also excellent. The check out process was absolutely smooth and easy. I had a room on a higher... I stayed for 4 nights for a conference. The rooms are pretty standard with a large desk and good seating at the desk. There is a "snack dispenser" on the console holding the television. It has a sign that says that if it is disturbed, you will be charged for taking the contents. This prevents the use of over half... More

This is a pretty expensive hotel and definitely not worth the price. Actually were able to find a good deal on orbitz or travelocity, one of the two sites. The beds are very small. We got a room with 2 doubles and I was surprised by how small their beds were. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
