We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 3 nights and, although it is still a nice hotel, it is not (as Priceline and other sites demonstrate) a "4-star hotel". In its prime, this hotel was probably the place to be; however, today, it seems to really cater to the business travelers. It is located in what appears to be the... More

Stay away from this hotel which knows nothing about customer satisfaction! except for ripping them off as much as they can. - Bed matrices are terrible - No sound isolation. you would hear the street traffic, constructions and the corridor. - Didn't tell that the valet was not free until you check out ! (They charged my credit card one... More

I recently spent 5 days at this "4" Star hotel. I would give it a 2 at the most a 3 Stars. More amenities are offered at the NO TELL MOTEL. The minibar beeped through out the night. I thought I would be able to get a great night of sleep. The beeping started and the beeping would go on... More

This was once a grand hotel that has sliped to a 3 star quality. Great lobby but when you get to the rooms you will be disapointed. The room has not been updated for quite a while, the towels are in short supply and are well worn. I felf like I was in a 3 star hotel except in the... More

This is a reasonably pleasant business hotel - nothing extraordinary about it but it's got a decent outdoor bar area and the rooms are good quality. Great views towards the sea if you get that side of the building, too. However, there was a room mix-up which I brought to their attention twice and yet, come check-out time, the mistake... More

So we stayed here for 3 nights to visit my son. His place was 5 miles away.Did you know it takes 20 minutes day or night to drive 5 miles in Los Angeles. The hotel staff very nice the hotel has a dated look of the Mad Men era. But the rooms and lobby were in good shape and clean.... More

The Hyatt Century City is perfectly located as a starting point to explore LA, just 5 minutes driving from Rodeo Drive, and 20 minutes from Hollywood, near a big mall with many dining options. The rooms are nice, confortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel parking is reasonably priced.

Rooms and garden nice BUT I was here for business. Lobby was full of people from other events going on so could not even sit in peace with a drink. Seemed more like a bar scene. Took forever to get car out of vallet because of all events going on, literally one hour. Needed to fax documents and they did... More

I stayed here on April 13 & 14 2012. The hotel is HUGE!! We had a very nice room, a great balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. It is very clean, close to shopping & restaurants. It took only mintues to get to Rodeo Drive, Hollywood & Sunset Blvd. Very helpful staff and a wonderful HUGE breakfast!! The food... More

The rooms are certainly in need of updating/decorating. We had a problem on arrival when my wife trod on a small piece of glass in our room and on removing it from her foot cut her finger. It was only a small cut but since we had a 5 year old running around barefoot we called the Front Desk to... More
