I recently stayed there and have to say, the customer service was fantastic. Diane at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, and assisted me with a couple of requests (refrigerator, etc). The room was spacious, clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the better LAX hotels. Clean, modern lobby with Starbucks coffee shop. Yay! Airport shuttle very efficient and fast. Check in....no problem. Nice room on an upper floor....cool to watch the jets come and go. Minimal noise....impressive as hotel is close to runways. Food in bar/resto was pretty good....as was the service. NO in-room safe. We chose this hotel because of the location and the price and we were not disappointed. The room was nicely furnished. The hotel was quiet and clean. I had just stayed in a smelly, older hotel the night before, so arriving in the lobby with a fantastic, clean scent was much appreciated! The room was an average airport hotel room, but clean, fresh and had everything I needed. The hotel has great restaurant and lounge options. Great choice if you want to be near LAX.

Comfortable accommodation within close proximity to LAX. Starbucks in the lobby is handy, and there are numerous restaurants in surrounding hotels within walking distance. Highly recommended for an airport hotel, too far from tourist attractions however you would only be staying here for airport convenience.
