A friend and I stayed two nights there for a 3-day class near Airport Blvd and Century Blvd. We were able to walk to and from the class, have dinner at Denny's next door (we were too tired to go anywhere else). As noted in other posts, the location and cost make this acceptable. Certainly modest and under maintained, but at the same point safe, clean and simple, I would stay there again if convenience to the airport was needed.
