This is a nice boutique hotel with clean rooms and virtually no noise. Small breakfast is provided. Free parking in basement, but space is small. Convenient to a variety of restaurants. Good value for "in-town LA" hotel next to UCLA. Help was very friendly and knowledgeable.

What a delight my stay here was. I'm a crazy light sleeper and the Hilgard House gave me a perfect night's sleep.
