On second day of stay, found a letter in my room stating pool and hot tub would be closed for a month due to renovation. Called my travel agent, she confirmed there was nothing on hotel website advising of uncoming work. Management offered nothing and could care less. Stay away from the place.

Good size rooms, close to the airport. Free transport from the airport to the hotel and return.

Good hotel as expected by Crown Plaza in this location. We had a room which looked onto a croutyard, therefore relatively quiet if you can survive the air conditioning. Need to catch a 6am flight out of LAX? Are you in Los Angeles for one day's worth of business? I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Los Angeles International Airport Hotel. Excellent customer service, prompt room service, the newly renovated rooms are very nice and there's a free shuttle to and from the airport.

We come to LA on business twice a month and find the convenience, value and service sets them apart from any other options in the LAX area. Newly renovated rooms are a plus. Highly recommend for the busy traveler like us looking for a business-freindly hotel with lots of extras.

We stayed one night at the hotel. The floors (carpet) seemed to be old and the rooms too. Except this we had a good stay and the beds were very comfortable.
