Our room was clean and practical, and staff went out of their way to help us when needed. Given some of the other reviews I have to wonder if it's room by room. We loved the town, loved the location, and felt we got more than our money's worth. It was clean, everything we needed was there, and more.

Despite having problems with internet (there was a fire in the town), and the pool was with green water- the hotel was very clean, the complimentary breakfast was good and the people was helpful. The way back to the park is very long but with beautiful views.

Let's get some perspective here - if you book a budget, roadside motel you are not going to get the Ritz Carlton.
