This hyatt is older and the rooms are simply designed. Definitely good price for the place but the experience of the hotel is definitely a 3 star only. It is convenient location for golfers and very close to monterey fisherman's wharf. I would go back again.

Overall a very good hotel but the staff at the lobby bar needs more training in customer service. The room and maid service was very good. The front desk people very helpful. They have an excellent space with one of the best massages I have ever had.
