Stayed here for a wedding, and couldn't be happier with the service I received...EVERYONE in the staff (from valet, to check-in, to housekeeping) was extremely friendly and had a great attitude. Location was close to downtown and wineries, and the concierge recommended some excellent places (my first time here). CLEAN facilities ensure that I would come back again for my... More

What a wonderful hotel! It was so relaxing and it was across from the wine train that we planned on going on that night. The shower was awesome! The bed was perfect and the service was really good. One down point, we had to valet our car, they don't let you park on your own, so when we forgot something... More

Thank you for your feedback and as I’ve stated before, we love to hear how enjoyable our guest’s experiences are! For future reference, and to others that are interested, we do have a mandatory valet policy, as was stated, but it is included in the resort fee and has no additional charge. We also offer street parking directly in front... More

My wife and I had a short weekend stay May 12-13 at the Westin Verasa and it exceeded our expectations. We did lots of research prior to our hotel selection and it came down to Westin and the Hyatt's Avia property. While both hotels are conveniently located to town and were highly rated, we basically chose the Westin because it... More

Thank you for the great tips and suggestions for our future guests and all the details you provided. Everything you stated is right on point, and although the Avia does have a slight location advantage to downtown Napa (3 blocks), we have a huge summertime attraction with our beautiful salt water pool and hot tub. Two other highlights would be... More

Check in quickly to a nice room, some views better than others. The pool is fantastic, resturants nice. You can walk to Market Squre to sample a variety of Ca. cuisines & some shopping, you must go to the Napa Valley Wine Train across the street. The town is also in walking distance. The hotel staff was polite, the bar... More

Perfect setting for a Westin Hotel. very quaint, right on the edge of the tracks for the wine train, and the Napa River. Rustic look and feel, but modern conviniences. Hotel stays include a $20 resort fee, but that includes Valet Parking and Wi-Fi in the Room, and throughout the hotel. many different types of guests here, but we loved... More

The Westin was nice, clean, and in a great spot for the winery tours by train. It lacked the usual fanciness of a typical Westin hotel that I love, if it weren't for the Heavenly bed I wouldn't have known it was an upmarket (read: expensive) resort. We were kept waiting 4 1/2 hours for our room, after being told... More

Thank you for the feedback and I’m sorry for our inability to meet your expectations. I would agree that when requesting an early check in, the least that should be expected is the 3pm guaranteed check in time. I have spoken to my front desk and housekeeping staff and we are identifying some areas that can and will be improved.... More

A special shout out to the valet and bell staff; they are among the most professional and personable I have encountered anyplace. The hotel is not exactly in the center of everything but close enough to walk to the center of town and Oxbow market. It's definitely not on the grand scale of other Westins I've stayed in; everything's scaled... More

Thank you and I will be giving our valet and bell staff kudos and recognition for continuing to be a bright spot for all of our guests. We went to Napa to get away from (of all places) Lake Tahoe. We usually stay around St. Helena because our favorite wineries are up there, but we decided to check out downtown Napa. The Westin is a beautiful hotel but not very quiet. There is construction by the wine train station and you can hear the guests talking in... More

Thank you for your response and I’d like to apologize for the noise issues that you experienced. There is no way we can compete with the peace and tranquility of many of the hotels, bed and breakfast and inn’s, in and around St. Helena, but we do have the accessibility to many great locations within walking distance. As you mentioned... More

The hotel is lovely, and small enough to not be overwhelming or daunting. But the pool area was too small and loud with kids and couples whooping it up for their vacations. If you are interested in a quiet getaway, the Westin Verasa may not be the place for you. On the plus side, the location on the bank of... More

Thank you for the detailed feedback, specifically in regards to the noise and the SPG program. Furthermore, I would like to apologize for both. I do still think that there is the opportunity for a relaxing getaway but on the weekend it can be a bit more difficult with the location of the pool and our hotel set up. Some... More

Short stay in early May in a one-bedroom suite. Room was very nice, comfortable and lots of space. Didn't use the kitchenette, but well equipped. Usual Westin amenities - great bed, nice bath products, pleasantly decorated throughout. The only downside was that we were located very near the service entrance - woken early in the morning by garbage/recycling trucks and... More
