Great location. Walk across the street to the beach. Excellent restaurant right down the street. Property is small, but newly renovated. King room a little tight, but had all we need. Had a few problems, but they were corrected without too much trouble. Would recommend if you're in the area...value comensurate with property.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door named "CHOW" was very good. The breakfast served at the hotel was very good. The lady that made the waffles did a great job.

Overall our stay was great. The main Parking lot was interesting but there was another parking lot available across the street which was very convinient. Now when I say street I mean small residential street. Not far at all from the side door which your room key can access . The main lobby is right through the back parking lot... More

Best Western Newport beach, Newport Beach, CA. What a find! One block to ocean. Inexpensive parking. Grocery store and nice Italian Restaurant steps away. This is a better than usual best Western. Despite some of the negative reviews on this hotel we took a chance and stayed here. I have to say that we were very pleased. The staff was very accommodating to our special needs. Location across the street is the beach - you have a light and u don't let your kids cross by them selfs - busy highway - the hotel u know a little worn - the Italian place next door is very good but get it to go u get alot more - bring your bikes u can visit many places... More
