We were in Ojai for a friend's wedding and found Casa Ojai was a great base of operations. The downtown area is a simple walk away and the running opportunities from the Inn were awesome.

Arrived too early to check in so walked to town and shopped and wine tasted. Checked in w/o a hitch and were a little disappointed with the size of the room especially the tiny bathroom.
