“Clean and close to the convention center”

If you are attending a convention at the nearby convention center this location is the perfect distance. It also works for any other business in the area. The location also right next to a Marie Calendars for eating. But I found the restaurant in the hotel to be more than satisfying.

“Hotel great - Worn out for 4 years old”

They have plaques commemorating past accomplishments in the hotel chain. They are not paying attention to minor damage that is a normal occurrence for hotel rooms. I would have given it a better rating if it wasn't just four years old and already looking worn and threadbare. Oh, and the Landings restaurant was way overpriced.

“Getting a bit tired but good location”

Claims 4 stars, but more like 3 - carpets a bit threadbare, room fittings tired. No noise from the airport though so insulation is good. Restaurant and bar OK, but not open for lunch. Service good all round. Shuttle to airport exceptional - driver was really good. Prices a bit steep for this level of quality

Got a great Hotwire deal on this place, saved about $45. It was clean, the bed was soft and the night shift staff that I spoke to were friendly. There were only two down sides. 1.) “Great stay, new hotel,”

Negotiated a rate with this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little unigue in layout, but nice new hotel, super quiet, and a pleasent place to stay the night. If you get a chance spend the night, you will not regret it.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great friendly staff. I have stayed here several times & will continue to choose holiday inn Ontario for my hotel stays. Hotel is very kept up with almost like new, very convenient to freeways, convention center, & local restaurants.
