I appreciate the staff for being very polite, professional, and helpful. To me, customer service is highly important and determines if I will ever do business with that company again. I definitely will come back. As for the rooms and everything else... perfect. The room was super clean, flawless, and didn't have that "hotel smell" that hotels tend to have....

matresses are lumpy, shower okay did scold our teenager, no fruit english muffins or cups even though menu stated there would be muffins. one old pillow per person. although we were near the freeway, we didn't hear it through the night. also our blowdryer did not work, and they did not have an extra.
