I've stayed at much better places for a lot less. Bathroom dividing door did not close. Small TV in the living room had me straining my eyes. Resort not up to modern standards. Weak WiFi signal...............................

We had family emergency in March that required three plus families to stay in Palm Springs and have central location for all. We did enjoy the pool and easy walk to downtown. Staff was friendly room was clean and affordable.

We exchanged as Diamond International owners into Marquis Villas and stayed from January 28 to February 3 in unit S-133. That unit is about 1000 square feet, one bed room with 1 3/4 baths. The room (suite) was very spacious, two bathrooms, large kitchen with all supplies incl coffee. Would be good if you wanted to cook your own meals, which I didn't.
