Great place to stay and relax in Palm Springs. It is a gay resort but feels classy. The staff wonderful and so are the amenities. I have been here about five or six times for the last few years and always enjoy my relaxing time here. Highly recommend it.

Recently spent three relaxing and rejuvenating days at Sanitago Resort. Manager Jay and his staff are all friendly, helpful and devoted to making the guests feel welcome. Facility is kept very clean and in good order; the grounds are lovely (and the mountain views unsurpassed among gay resorts in the area). Pools are clean and well maintained. The rooms are... More

A group of us have been staying at Santiago for the past half decade or so. It just keeps getting better. Our last trip in May was to celebrate a major birthday and the folks at Santiago could not have been nicer. There was a fun, buzzy crowd staying there and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

My partner and I have been there twice now. Friendly, relaxing, staff is great and have just had a fantastic time. Highly recommended! Plus, the lunches brought in from nearby deli are a great added benefit.

This was my first stay at Santiago, having experienced several other similar resorts in Palm Springs. Santiago was in the midst of a temporary staff upheaval when I visited, so there were some understandable minor bumps in the experience, but certainly nothing that they shouldn't get ironed out quickly. The core staff, especially Sean, were excellent and obviously well experienced... More

It's probably been about a year and half since I last stayed at the Santiago, and I have to say, it's even better than I remember. This past Memorial Day was my forth time staying there. It was always a nice place, but on this visit, I noticed the grounds were cleaner with nice flowers, the rooms were in better... More

My partner and I just returned from Palm Springs and a 5 night stay at Santiago. We began staying there in 1998 but stopped going after 9/11 for a variety of reasons. We've stayed in several other properties over the years but none compare to the level of hospitality and attention to detail, delivered at Santiago. The new manager, Jay, is... More

Jay was so refreshing and welcoming and gorgeous of course. He and his team took care of our every need. Everything was clean and refined and classy. The breakfasts were awesome the lunched were divine the pool and hot tub was sublime! Jay always advised the right places to go. Whether it was a classy restaurant or a hiking excursion.... More

We are frequent guests at this once wonderful place. While we understand that every business goes through changes and that there are few that can be more impactful than the death of a key employee and the departure of another, the decline here was shocking. Although our room was clean when we arrived, it was barely touched during our stay... More

The Santiago is a fantastic small boutique hotel. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with hammocks scattered about to lay in and relax and enjoy the mountain views...stunning at sunset. The pool and jacuzzi are restful and a perfect place to "chill". The guest rooms are large, clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have... More
