Don't know if we had a horrible room location or it was the time of year, the week of Easter, or thats how it is all the time. Second floor, overlooking Spencers and the trash dumpsters was not a good area of the hotel. The noise from the trash being picked up I can take a couple of times for... More

I would like to take a moment to apologize for any inconvenience this guest may have experienced during their recent stay at our Resort during the very busy time, Spring Break. Everyone seems to be in “Party Mode” during this holiday, but this does not excuse disrupting behavior. We do have personnel continuously touring our property day and night in... More

We have visited the Palm Springs Tennis Club since 1992. We have stayed in every kind of accommodation available, from a studio to a 2 bedroom unit. The outstanding features of this property are the 3 swimming pools, 5 spas, and the first-class tennis courts. The cabanas and hotel rooms are nicely furnished, and have received some updates over the... More

I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to this reviewer for the inconvenience they experienced during their stay at The Palm Springs Tennis Club. We do take each and every response very seriously. I am pleased that most of their stay was enjoyable, but understand the concerns over the pest control issue. We work diligently to assure all... What a wonderful timeshare resort....those who own here can be proud of their property and the staff that maintains it. Each night we went to sleep in a quiet, comfortable bed and awoke to the music of the birds. We had a one bedroom/one bath casita by the "quiet" pool. It featured a small but well equipped kitchen (even baggies... More

The PSTC is a timeshare property close to downtown that takes tennis seriously. There are several well maintained courts and tournaments are played there. The adult pool adjacent to the courts feels upscale as does the restaurtant. The property has two sections. In the main building are one bedroom and studio rooms. The rooms could use an upgrade, but are... More

We loved this place. We were in the cabanas which had one king sized bedroom, two bathrooms, a lovely living room with a pull out bed and two flat screen tvs and a fully equipped kitchen and a very private patio. Went to the pool behind spencers restaurant every day although there were two other smaller pools. This is a... More

Charming hotel and suites set against the foot of the Santa Rosa mountains which hearkens back to the mid-century glory of Palm Springs. They have several exquisite, professional-level tennis courts, beautifully landscaped grounds in a part of town which is perfectly quiet, yet walking-distance* to downtown shops and restaurants. Suites were well-appointed with convenient access; pools and grounds are super-clean.... More

This is a timeshare property where we are original owners. Units are rented out on an as-available basis as daily rentals if the units are not occupied. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of the downtown Palm Springs area. The project contains the Palm Springs Tennis Club, a historical tennis club. There are 10 hard courts, some lit,... More

We stay every year around Christmas. It has become our home away from home. The rooms are large and clean, the pools/hot tubs are fun and located in central areas, and the grounds are beautifully manicured. Staff are friendly and helpful. Town is a two block walk to shop and eat. The PS Art Museum is around the corner. We... More

We had a time share here for one week and were impressed by everything. The place is clean and the people responsive. The tennis courts were kept up and they included us in doubles and singles games with a minimum of fuss. I loved the location as you could walk to the main road, but were back far enough to... More

The property has a wonderful convenient location to everything in Palm Springs. The resort is nice and well maintained. The property has a fitness center they do not tell you about that is pretty well equipped. They do not provide concierge services or any activites at this resort.
