Hotel is older outside, renovated inside in 2011. The hotel is across the street from the casino which is beautiful outside as well. Chose the spa package with massage, facial, lunch included, added pedicure. Mario gave a wonderful deep tissue massage. And Mayra gave me the best pedicure!!! Wanted to take her back home with me! Bar in pool area... More

stayed here 1 night . here are the positives ; no valet charge , great location right near the strip , nice casino if you like to gamble, great spa . that's it ! here are the negatives ; they claim to have remodeled the rooms but they are very outdated still with popcorn ceilings and old window coverings, the... The hotel was very clean and remodeled. Room was a nice size. Bathroom done nicely with a great shower. Hotel pool and spa very nice and relaxing. Great also for kids. Has a small bar which serves food and drinks. Very close to downtown Palm Springs. You do not have to drive. Park your car and walk to town, restaurants,... More

I got in early in the morning and was able to spend the first part of the day at their spa. Definitely worth it- I was so relaxed and ready for the rest of the week afterward! And the price was not bad. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The main benefit was the location- two blocks from heart... More

I was charged for ordering and viewing an adult film... I could not prove to the manager (Idris) that I did not ever order or watch the movie. He did not care and charged me the $16. What sort of manager does such a thing? Guilty until proven innocent? I'll never stay here again, nor will the other 10,000 employees... More

For a hotel that was apparently newly renovated, my three-night, four-day stay here completely sucked. I came here on a vacation with my family and was utterly disappointed. The location is good, but this can be said for any hotel in the same general area (and I would much rather have gone to one of those). It's a block down... More

We were staying in a private home in Palm Springs and going to the casino in the evenings. We decided it would be fun to stay downtown for a night instead of driving home. So we booked a room at the casino hotel. Although it's not attached to the casino, it's just across the street. We got one of the... More

I have been to this property many times and enjoy their spa very much. I had another excellent experience using the spa on our last visit. The casino is also nicely maintained with a good steakhouse. The hotel was not as pleasant. I had heard it was recently remodeled which it sorely needed and was hoping any upgrades would make... More

The rooms are pretty standard hotel rooms. Nothing really made it stand out. However, it was very odd that the bathroom appeared to be set up for an oompa loompa. The door handle was at thigh height, as were the lights and sink. I thought maybe they gave us a handicapped room, but a wheelchair couldn't fit in the bathroom,... More
