Do not believe what you see, the only good thing about this Hotel was the location and the cleanliness. Our room was old, dark, musty smell which was almost impossible to get rid of. The King Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and definitely needed to be replaced. The pool was clean however the lounge chairs were... More

My room did not have electricty when I checked in. It was about 30 minutes later that all was up and running, tho the fridge was hot and could not maintain the cold temp of the water bottles I had brought with me. There was no security clamp on the door/lock and I felt vulnerable so actually placed a chair... More

We stayed here for only one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was nice, clean. The property was beautiful, with gorgeous mountain views. We also enjoyed the pool. A big plus with this hotel is that you are only one block off the main street with all the shops and restaurants, no need for the car.... More

The hotel was conveniently located right off the main strip in Downtown Palm Springs. The room was very roomy with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Mattresses were new (but hard and made it hard for me to sleep), bathroom looked refurbished with soap/shampoo dispensers (but no ventilation because overhead fan wasnt working), and they had nice widescreen tv's (but... We stayed for a few days right before Mother's Day and after Coachella and the place was super quiet . All we did was sleep, eat and sit by the pool and that's totally what we were looking for. The staff was helpful, the grounds well maintained. The room was not incredibly fancy but who cares, all you do is... More

We had an awesome time lounging beside the pool. Try to get a room on the first floor -- it's so convenient for getting to and from the pool! The hotel is located in a great spot, close to lots of restaurants. And it's close to the bus stop too if you don't want to drive out to other nearby... More

Let's start with the good: The rooms are clean if somewhat dark. Because our room was ground-level and faced other rooms with grass and sidewalk in between we had plantation shutters which was a nice touch instead of curtains to give privacy. The pool was really nice and kept at a warm temperature. The room was amazingly quiet for being... More

We visited Palm Springs last week of March this year and stayed at Palm Mountain. Very close to center of town but very quite and out of the way. All your dining and shopping needs within a 5 minute walk. Hotel very clean and comfortable a little dated in our room but nothing we couldn't live with for the price.... More

This was our second stay here, so that tells you something. Perfect for hanging around the pool, with the lovely bouganvilla, yet so close to everything we never used the car. Clean rooms with a mini-fridge and microwave. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars was that the beds were a little hard- I'm used to... More
