My reservation was lost, but the staff quickly upgraded my room to a suite! The suite was clean, spacious and had a good view. Its location is great! Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Average motel with clean rooms which require some upgrading. The pool was quiet and right next to the beach. Great parking and helpful reception staff. On hindsight we should have stayed in San Luis Obispo as Pismo beach was a rundown seaside town with food that matched.

Booked the room thurs pm for a Friday stay. Limited mobility needing a lower room. Was charged extra for the first floor at check in early Friday. Spa was a bit dirty with tons of chemicals. Bathroom floor was slippery when wet. Best thing about this place is the location!!!!
