This is an old motel, looks run down from the outside, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was definitely a gem on the inside. The staff were very helpful and friendly people.The price was great. I would recommend anyone to stay here. When I come back to Redding, CA I will stay again. Thank you, Teresa

It's old, it isn't beautiful, but if you can live with that the price can't be beat. Only $43/night single, tax included! (2012) I have stayed there on at least 4 different occasions and have found it to be clean and the owner/operator family quite friendly and helpful. Bathrooms can be cold in the winter.

This was a late night decision on our way south. Should have twigged when operator refused us a chance to see the room. Very old, very dirty. We didn't use the shower as there was mold and something else(?) around the base.

Stay away!!!!!!! It was so hot and we were desperate to find a place to sleep. Big mistake. When we woke up in the morning everyone had sore itchy eyes from the smell of smoke in the room. This was the slumiest hotel I have ever seen. It was dirty and unkept. The staff consists of one person who is extremely rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty and the showers were so gross I wouldn't bath my dog in it. Run away, run far far away, as fast as you can.

The hotel is in really bad shape, the bathroom, the carpet, etc. It's hard to take a bath at night because more people using it so hot water is so small.
