Great hotel if you're staying a night in Redlands! The rooms are good, and the staff here is great! Best value, hands down. Happily surprised to see a welcome packet in my room that actually includes healthy items like a Cliff Bar, Burt's Bees lotion, etc. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'm somewhat critical of a hotel connoisseur.

First thing noticed was welcoming service at the front desk every time in or out. Convenient location near I10 as well as right across from 3 restaurants. Guest laundry and business center had fully functioning equipment. Full breakfast provided nice start to day. Room clean, adequate size. Recommended.

Overall an adequate middle of the line hotel. Today is my third night of an eight night stay. This morning the breakfast buffet was overwhelmed by 20 pre-teen soccer players. Complete chaos which management (and parents/coaches) made no effort to control. So much for a relaxing weekend stay.
I would like to apologize for the inconvenience of your stay. Since that weekend we have taken some positive steps and done some additional training with our staff to minimize this type of situation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented a one-bedroom suite and my wife (who is picky about mattresses being too soft or too hard) did not have a complaint about her rest.
