This is a dump. Go somewheew else! Dirty carpet, drawings on the walls, no blanket you have to use the not so nice bedspread. Fridge not clean and interior partially broken. One channel working on the tv. The only good thing was the free internet and the proximity to the weird restaurant Fosters bighorn where the food was excellent.

Came here with My Husband, and in good timing too! New Managers, One of them does all the house keeping, fresh sheets, towels etc! they are updating everything. The managers were very nice, and helpful with us.

I stayed in this motel for 2 days,very nice and clean rooms,and nice staff ,taking care of everything.so best place in future.thx . a lot.

Rooms are not clean. Sheets and towels were stained and unclean. Many rooms are closed down. During our next trip to rio vista we stayed at the other hotel in town the Rio Sands. Much cleaner and nicer.
