While it is on a very busy street, it is quiet if you get a room in the back. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Staff very friendly. 24 Hour Fitness (one of the nicer ones about 1/2 mile away and hotel has $5.00 passes to the new Crunch gym about a 1/3 mile away.

We had an unpleasant surprise, though. We had rented a 2-bedroom suite for Christmas Eve so we could house extended family in the same spot for that family-oriented night. This hotel has very nice staff, and a generous breakfast. The exterior is well maintained and the walkways and gardens are quite pretty. There's shopping and dining nearby.
