Friendly staff. I've been back & forth to this hotel for some time now. I've yet to encounter poor customer service. Hopefully not in the near future. Hotel appears to be well maintained. Breakfast is ok, has decent selection. Keep up the good work Holiday Inn Express!

Great hotel - clean, good free basic breakfast, comfortable rooms. Not really in a neighborhood where you don't have to drive to go out, but never felt unsafe. Nice finishes in rooms and bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness of room was exemplary. The hotel itself is great.

I have stayed one night in the Salinas Holiday inn express during my road trip to SFO. Excellent room with clean contemporary interior. serving hot breakfast buffet .Corteous staff. I will highly recommend this hotel !!!

A well-mantained, clean hotel located next to the freeway. It wasn't noisy; easy access to where we were going. Located close to Laguna Seca raceway and quaint Carmel and Monterey. A In-n-Out was right next door. I would recommend this hotel!

What can i say. You get what you pay for. Must say however that.check.in guy was very nice, and the recommendation to the Mexican diner.was A HOOT!! Rooms were clean but basic. A hotel that gives you paper cups instead.of glass speaks volumes.
