This hotel has recently been completely renovated. The exterior doesnt do the new interior justice. Rooms are nicely appointed with great LCD TVs, satellite channels, comfy bedding. Breakfast is very good, and the staff is fantastic.

The room was freshly renovated and everything felt updated and new. Huge 42" HDTV with the most channels I have ever had in a hotel...sadly, no HBO. Access and parking were easy and convenient. This is my second stay at Country Inn/suites San Carlos. Very comfortable beds, and "roomy room". The staff attention is superior front desk to houskeeping. I stayed at this particular Country Inn & Suites for three nights on business. The room was comfortable and clean, and the although the property is very near the 'Cal-Train' tracks, noise is not a problem. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot, cold, and pastry options.
