I absolutely LOVE this place! Very vintage..dining is 5 star..also has a breakfast buffet..as well as a 5 star dining experience. I love how it is tucked away and yet--close to so many things! We just stayed at the hayes this weekend for our anniversary. Everything we prefectly and the service was incredible. I would definately go again and recommend it to everyone.

Parel at the front desk was incredible. I have a knee injury and he went out of his way to help me to my room. I got in late and ordered room service. The food was fresh and very good and my room service server was friendly and efficient.

Stayed at this hotel on our way from LA to San Francisco and was really impressed with the hotel and surroundings.

4 Star facility on a historical site. The rooms are spacious and clean. The old part of the original mansion has incredible woodwork. The rooms are very quiet. It feels like you are the only one in the place.

Well named, this was a mansion and it shows. We had to cut our stay short by one night and figured we would be charged but we were allowed to leave and were not charged for the last night.
