good accommodation for one week trip. Nice, clean and quiet hotel room. I couldn't rate a spa, i haven't time to see it. Breakfast isn't worth of value, there was all the week the same variety of food without any changes. Personal is friendly and trying you help at any time.

Was at a conference, SuiteWorld 2013, and the location was ideal. Very nice staff who were also very helpful. Clean hotel and clean rooms, what you would expect from a Hilton. Nothing special, just your standard Hilton A+ expirience.

Go to the Marriott or Fairmont. This place closes the Jacuzzi at 10 pm on weekends, the staff are harassing or indifferent, and they don't stock their restaurant with enough food, beverage or staff to accommodate. They lose your luggage if you check it with them. They are awful.

Gigi and her conference staff was amazing to our guests and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a joy and pleasure to use Hilton San Jose, as our conference has the past 5 years. The rooms in the hotel were exceptional, along with the conference rooms. We had no problems at all and highly recommend.

Hilton was next to hotel for 2013 PTA convention.
