The staff at this hotel was very friendly but somewhat slow. The shuttle pick up from the OAK airport took 40 minutes and the breakfast staff wasn't in a hurry to provide a check either. But the front desk staff was extremely friendly and efficient! Overall, a standard Garden Inn experience. Would stay here again.

This is a solid hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good fitness center. While the hotel offers shuttle service to the Oakland airport, it is NOT right next to OAK. The price is a bit high but overall it is a good choice for a short stay near the Oakland airport.

Was a great stay. Staff was gracious and helpful from the moment I walked in the door, including both front desk and maintenance. Room was clean and nice. Internet access, coffee and water were all provided. Snack pantry, restaurant and bar were all open and available (though I didn't use any of them). I can't think of a single negative.
