I had a reservation with this hotel that I cancelled with the Wyndham website at least three weeks in advance. My Mastercard was charged a night. I contacted them three times as well as sent forms on the Wyndham website with no reply. I have now sent in a dispute to Mastercard.

This motel is located at a walking distance from downtown San Luis Obispo, so it is located very conveniently for a visit to this city. Our room was very spacious, with two large beds, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom. A continental breakfast was included, which we had on a couple of tables outside, in the sun; very pleasant....

No Bedbugs, Great Value, Wonderful location, Friendly welcome, Free Breakfast, Clean Room... Need I say more?! I always think that people who moan about the lack of luxury should fork out a bit more money for a 4* hotel. This was basic, value and suited us great for an overnight stay. I would def stay here again.

Stayed there one night on a business trip. The room was booked for 4 nights but canceled the reservation after one night. The motel is right off the highway which makes it extremely noisy. Saw numerous homeless people wandering near the property. I did not feel safe and door opens directly to the outside. It was sketchy at best. Questionable...

Owner admitted to past infestations. Room 21 Showed him the fresh bites. Together we looked but room already made up and sheets stripped and replaced. "Probably in box spring or carpet" Owner said he would "LOOK INTO IT". Meanwhile have heard nothing and he offered no consideration. Beware. Plenty of clean motels with accountable ownership. 9/27/11

This person come in on a "Free Night" stayed in the room ...Left and came back, and stated that he was bitten by something and insisted they were Bed Bugs, I accompanied him to the room in question and in his presence lifted and completely disassembled the bed, Back board, pictures and opened drawers...

I stayed here for 3 nights during a business trip I had in the area. It was a great location to all the stores and restaurants. A pleasant experience overall. Ramna was great about getting me into my room quickly and courteously. The manager Tony, even helped me with my luggage. I would highly recommend a stay here. *****

My stay here was very pleasant, and it is downtown too, so all the best stores SLO has to offer were just a short walk away. The front desk workers were also very helpful with any questions I had about the town. I will definitely stay here again my next time I come through the area!
