I've been staying at this Best Western for the past 10 years. Every time I go, they improve it again. The rooms are remodeled constantly. Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. It is conveniently located near the 55 freeway. I never stay any where else.

I stayed here the night before flying from SNA. The hotel was very comfortable, and had a nice layout and pool area. There was a very extensive complimentary hot breakfast and a free shuttle to take you to the airport.

There are lots of hotels on Hotel Terrace off Dyer Road in Santa Ana, CA. I found the room fine with good hardwired and wireless internet, everything working and a fair breakfast. It's cooked to order but very skimpy. The bed was fine and the staff friendly. I would say it's a marginal Best Western Plus property.
