The upham was quaint, cozy, and well kept. Great B&B for an overnight stay in Santa Barbara and good price. Perfect location for walking to state street for dining or shopping. Breakfast was good with friendly service.

This is a lovely hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the lobby area (where wine & cheese is served in the afternoons and breakfast is served in the morning) is warm and inviting.The room (in the Carriage House) was no frills but comfortable. The location is great -- just a block or so off of State St. Highly recommend!

Really cool little gem in Santa Barbara. Stayed in a cottage room and loved it! Wine in the afternoon, milk and cookies at night and a great restaurant in the property. Loved it! Also, the staff was friendly :)
