I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time is a pleasure, from the helpful staff to the excellent breakfast in the morning I look forward to coming to this hotel every time I am in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a place to relax and enjoy their time there.

Rooms have balconies/patios and there are lovely amenities, such as happy hour and breakfast cooked to order. Easy-going, friendly, & competent staff. Property is very near UCSB, near enough to Santa Barbara, Solvang, beaches and a casino. Close to freeways but still peaceful, with room to walk and bike.

This hotel is misrepresented in many ways: it is NOT in Santa Barbara. It is a few miles out of town, in Goleta. It is NOT a bed and breakfast. We stayed at the Pacifica Suites for seven nights. The hotel staff (reception, maintenance, maids, breakfast cooks) were all extremely pleasant. This hotel is conveniently located near UCSB in Goleta. This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. We had a suite with a king bed overlooking the pool. With the full to order breakfast, it was a great deal.

The staff is exceptional. Everyone went out of his/her way to assure that our needs were met. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but we loved that they would have been able to accommodate all members of our family. They are attentive but not nosy or pushy.
