This is a nice hotel, but a bit overpriced for the rooms without a beach view. A room with king size bed is essentially just that...one 10x10 room with a big bed in it and a small bathroom. The location of the hotel is good but we were disappointed with the size and location of the room, the inadequate space of the breakfast area (terribly overcrowded, badly organized and with no service), and lastly with the modest quality of the food. For all these reasons we felt that the price paid $ 210,22 was disproportionate.

Great location with decent grounds. I was overcharged by booking.com which made my stay bitter. The rooms are older but decent. The bathroom is nothing you want to spend too much time in. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were more than accommodating. The grounds were immaculate and the breakfast was pretty good. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk to State and Anacapa St and enjoy the many wine tasting rooms in the area. I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it.
