Service was excellent. special mention to the catering manager -Alex Flores!! The rooms needs to be updated that includes the TV channels available. very limited selections. “Collapsed Bed and 7:30 a.m. Fire Alarm”

The bed was collapsed and horrible. We spent two terrible nights in this dump. The Fire Alarm went off at 7:30 a.m. on a Friday morning and emptied the entire hotel. most of us in our pajamas, into the parking lot. There are numerous other hotels nearby. Stay across the street at the Hyatt.

Fire Alarms are never a welcomed experience. It is also a catch 22. Guests are upset when one occurs but of course the down side if the system does not work would be much worse. We are working on our scripting with the staff to better inform guests when an "All Clear" is ready after an alarm. I do appoligize... More

Hotel is nice enough but what's offered has started to slip, they are charging way too much simply because they can. I don't mind paying a bit more but I don't want to feel ripped off and when I do, I want really high quality, that is no longer the case at this property.

“Great Hotel”

The staff was great and our catering coordinator Angela was beyond amazing. Next to the convention center at a fraction of the price. The employees are super nice. The Securtity Guard Phillip did everything he could to help out. Great place. Would recommend.
