We stayed at the recently converted Hyatt House Santa Clara during spring break. Having stayed at Hyatt Places and liking them I decided to give this one a try. The room had a kitchenette, small sink, refrigerator, a desk, small sofa and two queen size beds. The room was in great shaped and clean. We had the complimentary breakfast on... More

I like this place because it is located a stone's throw from my office. But, the place is getting to be too predictable for my liking. Even the breakfast buffet does not change. It was even the same flavor of yogurt on the days I had breakfast there. :-) Do remember to pick the rooms with two twin beds instead... More

Have stayed twice in the last 6 months on business. Staff are v friendly. Rooms are clean and to a good spec. Rivermark Plaza is across the road with Safeway and some restaurants. Breakfast is good in hotel, only fault is the lack of a bar!

Stay in this new Hyatt property one week for business. Note that the hotel is not new but it is recently managed by Hyatt. I like the design of the room - with a well-equipped kitchen and a home-looking design. More importantly, the service is awesome - complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast, and evening cocktail. I like the breakfast, especially the made-to-order... More

Booked this for a business trip to Santa Clara as Hyatt House hotel but most places it is listed as Hotel Sierra so maps are very confusing to find as they are transitioning. The front desk agent had no clue what was going on as this was one reservation for two rooms and it took a very long time to... More

My boyfriend and I decided to go away for a couple of days for our anniversary. We felt this was the best hotel with a very nice area. The price was a little on the upside but it was definitely worth it. Just a short walk from anything you could possibly need. The only bad thing i have to say... More

I stayed here for three months and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, The facilities in the hotel were excellent and the extras like the free bistro, shuttle service was a real bonus, The hotel has a great staff, The location is perfect as it has a bunch of restaurants(would like to mention Red Robin), banks and Safeway department stores which... I just completed a three night stay in a king "studio suite." I normally think of a suite as a separate bedroom and living area and a studio as a single room so I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked the reservation. The room turned out to be more studio than suite (at least by my definition) but... More

Hotel Sierra is a very nice hotel, nice and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good not great, but certainly enough to get a day started.
