Easy to find and excellent service from staff. Rooms very nice and excellent value. Breakfast was included and good except for tasteless eggs.

Located off Hwy 101 so easy to find. Clean, quiet, wonderful rooms. Have stayed here twice after concerts at HP Pavillion San Jose then on to Santa Cruz or San Francisco next day. Wonderful value!

They room they put us in is essentially a "motel" room. If I wanted to stay at a motel, I would've booked a room at a Motel 6 (and paid less). It sucks way too much. Go elsewhere like the Hyatt or Hilton. Don't stay here!!!! It is way too pricey for the amount of service that they give. The "complimentary" breakfast is also bad. Only a few choices to choose from and the scrambled egg doesn't taste good at all.

Stay regularly at the Biltmore when on business - the suites are nice and the complementary breakfast include a variety of hot items. There is also a Starbucks on site.

Stayed at the Biltmore for a single night (for business). Good hotel value for Silicon Valley. I didn't stay in the main tower; the room was clean a good size. Free wireless and breakfast is always a plus for me.

Lots of added benefits such as free water a banana and apple in the room. Free parking wireless 2 coupons for drinks at bar and coupon for breakfast.
